Preparation
Instructions
- To ensure the bands have a positive effect, please follow the instructions below to position them correctly.
- Place your middle three fingers on the inside of your opposing wrist with the edge of the third finger on the top crease in your wrist.
- The P6 acupressure point is just under the edge of your index finger between the two central tendons.
- Position the stud facing downward over the P6 point.
- For the bands to be effective, apply one on each wrist.
- Suitable for adults and children.
